Responsibilities

• Serve a full range of beverages and light bites with consistent quality.
• Guide customers through their coffee and tea experiences from start to finish.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the café according to regulations.
• Handle cash and operate POS with accuracy and honesty.
• Share knowledge of products and sustainability practices with customers.
• Assist with merchandising and cafe presentation.
