Job summary

Hi Coffee SG is hiring at Singapore to join a friendly team in a busy cafe environment. You will learn to prepare Matcha and Japanese tea drinks, guide customers on flavour options, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

The role offers on-the-job training, flexible shift schedules (typical 8.25 hours per shift) and employee discounts, with compensation of 11–15 SGD per hour for public holidays. Apply to grow with a growing local brand.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 Cert.
• Experience in a fast-paced cafe environment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a small team.

Responsibilities

• Understand flavour profiles and local Robusta coffee basics to guide customers.
• Brew and serve Matcha and Japanese Tea beverages with consistency and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and SOP-aligned beverage crafting.
• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service.
• Support daily operations including restocking and housekeeping.
