Job summary

Hi Coffee seeks a customer-focused team member for a full-time position in Singapore. You will brew and serve Kopi, Teh, Matcha and other Japanese beverages, ensuring consistency, quality, and appealing presentation.

You’ll join a friendly team, receive on-the-job training, and enjoy staff discounts with future career progression opportunities. The role offers a 5-6 day work week, competitive monthly pay from SGD 2,400 to SGD 2,600, and emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be eager to learn and grow within a small team.
• Reliable and punctual with good hygiene practices.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Understand flavour profiles and local coffee basics to recommend drinks.
• Brew and serve kopi, teh, matcha and other beverages while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to SOPs in a fast-paced setting.
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and stock/inventory tasks.
