Job summary

PushButton Entertainment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organised Events Executive to assist the Senior Events Manager with mass participation events. You will support planning, daily operations and post-event close-out to ensure a safe, smooth and engaging visitor experience.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, sites, performers and sponsors; managing schedules, setup, and on-site guest services; and assisting with safety briefings and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Events Management, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years in events, festivals, exhibitions or hospitality operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to multitask under deadlines.
• Confident communicating with vendors, contractors, performers and the public.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, minutes and progress reports; follow up with suppliers and partners.
• Coordinate with F&B, merchandise vendors and activity providers on booth requirements.
• Assist site readiness, access, setup, manpower deployment and operations monitoring.
• Support performance schedules, rehearsals, VIP visits and sponsor activations.
• Assist safety checks and post-event reconciliation; compile final report.
