SMRT Trains Ltd. is seeking a Specialist, Recruitment to partner with hiring teams in identifying and securing passionate candidates for SMRT. You will handle high-volume and specialized recruitment, engage in recruitment campaigns, and drive enhancements to recruitment processes.

The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, strong stakeholder collaboration, and building a robust talent pipeline to support SMRT’s operations across multiple lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; knowledge of Singapore labour laws and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR business partners to determine recruitment demands and requirements.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and market trends.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, and pre-employment checks.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking and referrals.
• Provide a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint and contribute to employer branding at events.
• Prepare recruitment metrics and share insights for process improvements.
