Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to drive the architecture and development of scalable agentic AI systems in a cloud environment. You will design serverless workflows, build ML models, and integrate with SAP HANA, Salesforce, Snowflake, Kafka, and UiPath to optimize enterprise operations.

You will lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, and promote cross-team collaboration within an agile framework, ensuring reliability and governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years of relevant experience in architecture and development in an AI and Cloud environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading AI engineering teams and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and the design of agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, production-ready agentic AI systems ensuring robustness and efficiency.
• Design and implement serverless, event-driven workflows using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate to optimize automation processes.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems utilizing Azure ML, Databricks, and Python.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as SAP HANA, Salesforce, Snowflake, Kafka, and UiPath to enhance business operations.
• Ensure system reliability and observability through Azure Monitor, logging, and alerting frameworks for proactive maintenance.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, reusable components, and governance policies to ensure consistency and compliance across solutions.
• Lead technical reviews, design sessions, and agile ceremonies to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
• Mentor junior engineers, promote cross-team collaboration, manage delivery timelines, and stay informed on emerging AI trends to guide strategic initiatives.
