Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

This position supports global and local marketing campaigns for Dr Ora group of brands, by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across online and offline channels. The objectives include driving net sales while maintaining market positioning. This role requires understanding of branding, digital marketing, consumer relationship marketing and knowledge of online and offline channels.

• Manage daily operational activities related to e-commerce, marketing and customer

• Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the e-commerce platform, improve the user experience.

• Manage marketing campaigns and strategy across all B2B and B2C platforms

• Manage and set-up e-commerce listing on various platform and livestream to ensure smooth operation

• Collaborate with the team to create compelling visuals and content that supports marketing objectives

• Content planning and basic video editing

• Identify and collaborate with PR and Influencers to curate content for brand awareness, engagement and conversion

•Understand and analyze different partners’ needs and creatively strategize to develop market-specific solutions

•Compile consumer insights, analyze current market trends and propose new marketing opportunities where possible

Requirements

• min 2-4 years working experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce, media planning or other similar roles

• Independent and flexible in taking on new task.

• Candidate must possess good communication skills

• Flexi Working hours, 5 days work week

• Work experience in an agency is a plus
