CHARLES & KEITH in Singapore seeks a detail‑driven Logistics & Procurement Assistant to support packaging sourcing, vendor coordination, and end‑to‑end order fulfilment across internal teams.

You will assist seasonal sample orders with PR/Marketing and the manufacturing team, manage shipments, inventory, and admin tasks such as POs and invoicing, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'/ 'O' level or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP are an advantage.
• Strong coordination across departments and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist sourcing packaging materials and coordinate quotations, sampling, and orders with vendors.
• Coordinate seasonal sample orders with global PR and Marketing and manufacturing teams.
• Handle admin duties including budget consolidations, claims, POs, and invoicing.
• Manage department sample inventory and ensure regulatory and customs compliance.
• Facilitate shipments and liaise with courier services.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
