Job summary

You will coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability, monitor product freshness and shelf life, and report shortages or quality issues promptly. You will supervise picking, weighing, packing and labelling to meet platform requirements, coordinate delivery schedules with drivers

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders and prepare picking lists, packing instructions and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure sufficient stock for order fulfilment.
• Monitor product freshness, quality and shelf life, and report shortages or quality issues promptly.
• Assist in supervising picking, weighing, packing and labelling to meet the platform’s requirements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and logistics partners to meet delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with the platform’s operations team on order changes, stock availability, rejected goods and returns.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, deliveries and discrepancies.
• Support daily operational improvements to minimise errors, wastage and delays.
