Job summary

Guess Europe Sagl is seeking a detail-oriented logistics and operations professional to coordinate seasonal buying, manage retail order fulfilment, and oversee stock allocation in Singapore. You will handle documentation, shipments, and reporting while ensuring import/export compliance and strong partner support.

The role requires collaboration across buying, retail, logistics, and partner management, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or SCM.
• 1–2 years in customer service, sales operations, logistics, or retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of order management, inventory control, and shipping processes.
• MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seasonal and factory buy periods with partners and maintain timely communications.
• Manage Singapore retail order fulfilment and stock allocation to stores.
• Prepare and distribute buying materials and answer partner queries.
• Oversee documentation, prebolla/Sessione, packing lists, and invoicing with EU/partner teams.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports tracking performance and operations.
• Coordinate import/export processes for Asian partners and shipments to customers.
