Job summary

CPO is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Supply Chain Assistant to join our logistics team in Singapore.

You will handle inventory, data entry, customer email inquiries, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role also involves assisting with shipping documents, cycle counting, and process improvements to support efficient operations in our fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sort, pack, and scan products according to procedures.
• Perform basic data entry to maintain records and track inventory and orders.
• Respond to customer email inquiries with timely, professional updates on order status.
