Vector InfoTech Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics assistant to support day-to-day purchasing, order processing, and shipment coordination, plus light warehouse tasks. The role suits someone organized, hands-on, and reliable in a fast-paced operations environment.

You will liaise with suppliers, internal teams and forwarders, maintain inventory records, perform basic stock checks, and assist with packing and labeling to ensure smooth deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or admin support is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic Excel or similar tool proficiency.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Process and track purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on order and delivery status.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and unpacking of goods.
• Maintain records of inventory and shipments.
• Perform basic stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Support general operational and administrative tasks as needed.
