Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing coordination, admin or operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) as a bonus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal Marketing functions to maintain spend tracker, accruals and forecasts.
• Coordinate with external media vendors, agencies and partners to track spend against budget.
• Review and verify invoices from media vendors, agencies and partners.
• Work with Finance and Procurement to process payments and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Extract campaign performance data and formulate reports for internal and external sharing.
• Support reports for presentations to internal and external audiences, including first-level analysis.
• Support Digital Marketing & Market Development data requests using Tableau.
• Provide logistics and admin support for meetings with tourism organisations/airport partners.
• Handle Airport Pass applications, liaising with HR/Security to support marketing activities.
