Job summary

Scoot pte. ltd. is seeking a Finance & Operations Officer on a 1-year contract to support the execution and operational management of marketing initiatives. The role focuses on meticulous process management and reconciliation to enable marketing success.

The incumbent will coordinate internal marketing functions, manage vendor spend, review invoices, and assist with payments and audit-ready documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tableau is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin or operations.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a bonus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate within internal functions within Marketing to maintain marketing spend tracker, monthly accruals and rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate with external media vendors, agencies and other marketing partners to track spend against budget.
• Review and verify invoices from media vendors, agencies and other marketing partners.
• Work with Finance and Procurement teams to process payments and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Extract campaign performance data from media agency and vendors, and formulate reports for internal and external sharing.
• Support preparation of reports for presentations to internal and external audience, including providing first-level analysis.
• Support Digital Marketing & Market Development internal data requests (using Tableau).
• Provide logistics and admin support for meetings with tourism organisations/airport partners.
• Handle Airport Pass applications, including liaising with HR and/or Security Department, Changi Airport Group, Certis and Airport Police Department, to support marketing activities.
