Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Executive in Singapore to plan and execute marketing activities across multiple brands.

The role covers social media management, short-form content creation, community engagement, and campaign support, working with the creative team and outlets to ensure timely content output. You will handle performance tracking, asset management, and content scheduling, while coordinating with stakeholders for smooth campaigns and on-ground marketing

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to social media, digital marketing, content creation, or related areas through work, internships, projects, or freelance work.
• Comfortable with Instagram and TikTok, reels, stories, and short-form content; able to capture and edit basic mobile-first video.

Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Social Media Management: plan calendars, ensure daily/weekly output, coordinate with videographers, write captions, schedule posts, manage activities.
• Community & Customer Engagement: respond to inquiries, maintain brand tone, support booking coordination for outlets.
• Short-Form Content Creation: capture day-to-day content, film reels, basic editing with captions and transitions.
• Campaign & Marketing Support: assist with EDM campaigns, update customer databases, set up promo codes and bundles, coordinate cross-team info.
• Performance Tracking & Optimisation: monitor views, reach, engagement; identify top content and adjust strategies.
• On-Ground Marketing & Operational Support: visit outlets to capture content, support campaigns, coordinate on-ground activities.
• Marketing Administration & Asset Management: maintain content libraries, store assets, assist marketing system backend.
