Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function of a growing consumer-focused business. You will oversee a small marketing team and develop initiatives to attract new customers, strengthen brand presence and support business growth.

The role requires a strong grasp of digital marketing, paid advertising and social media, plus the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans and to work closely with management and Sales.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising and social media.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of customer acquisition, campaign performance and marketing analytics.
• Good communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
