Job summary

RABYTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive marketing activities for our semiconductor distribution business.

The role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, FAEs and principals to generate demand and strengthen customer engagement. Responsibilities include developing annual marketing plans, managing product launches, demand-gen campaigns, digital marketing, seminars, webinars, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in semiconductor, electronics, or technology distribution.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor products and B2B demand generation.
• Experience collaborating with principals, distributors, OEMs/ODMs or design houses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.
• Manage product launches, demand-generation campaigns, digital marketing, seminars, webinars and trade shows.
• Collaborate with semiconductor principals on joint marketing programs and GTM activities.

• Work with semiconductor principals on joint marketing programs, MDF/co-op funds, and GTM activities.
• Support Sales and FAE teams with lead generation and sales enablement.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or technology distribution.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor products, channel marketing, and B2B demand generation.
• Experience working with principals, distributors, OEMs/ODMs, or design houses is an advantage.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Sales and technical teams.
