We are expanding and seeking a competent Marketing Manager with excellent writing skills and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving awareness and promoting medical aesthetics and F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Research and co-create articles, infographics, and videos to meet business objectives
  • Refresh and update website content regularly to ensure relevance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with digital performance marketing agency to improve web traffic
  • Customer Training: Work with Operations to draft training materials to equip frontline with necessary knowledge to answer enquiries.
  • Social Media Content Management: Co-create engaging social media content to educate our audience and foster brand loyalty
  • Drive positive word-of-mouth through active social engagement and community building.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and retention
  • Coordinate campaign efforts across various channels, including website, social media, mobile app, emails, marketplaces, forums and other paid media
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, Journalism or related fields.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods and Services sector
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a proven ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in marketing and targeting social media platforms Instagram, TikTok, XiaohongShu and Facebook.
  • Ability to function independently and reporting to superiors.
