Menlo is a physical AI company building real robots, and marketing sits at the center of the story. You own strategy, partnerships, and press outright, with the mandate to shape the whole function and a direct line to product, research, and leadership, with no layers to fight through.

Qualifications

• A generalist marketer who can move between strategy and execution.
• Track record of owning marketing strategy and launches that moved the needle.
• Strong partnerships and press network with relevant instincts.
• Credibility with engineers and researchers; able to translate work for the world.
• Comfort being the connective tissue across teams.
• Bias to action in an early-stage, fast-changing environment.
• Excellent writing and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall marketing strategy and turn the roadmap into a story worth telling.
• Drive key partnerships that expand reach, credibility, and distribution.
• Own press and media relations, and act as a trusted external voice for Menlo.
• Keep marketing aligned with product, business, and engineering, so the message always matches the machine.
• Set positioning and messaging for Asimov and the Menlo Platform.
• Build and prioritize the marketing roadmap, then decide what ships and what waits.
• Plan and run launches that make each milestone land.
• Measure what is working, kill what is not, and double down where it counts.
• Shape and grow the marketing team over time.
