Job summary

Griffin Labs in Singapore is hiring its first Marketing Manager to build the public presence from zero. You will own strategy end to end, report to the founders, and ship messaging, videos, and campaigns for a frontier AI and robotics program.

This full-time on-site role requires strong writing, video production, and the ability to turn engineering outputs into compelling stories that attract partners, customers, and top talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing at a deep-tech, technical-product, or research-driven company.
• Track record of growing an audience or community at an early stage.
• Strong writing and ability to produce compelling content across formats.

Responsibilities

• Own Griffin's marketing strategy end to end: positioning, messaging, channel mix, and cadence.
• Turn research and engineering output into published work — demo footage, explainers, write-ups.
• Grow presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and in robotics/embodied AI communities.
• Lead content production across formats and direct video when needed.
• Own recruiting marketing and employer brand; align with GTM lead for inbound.
• Build and optimize the top of the funnel with landing pages and attribution.
