Internsg in Singapore is offering a 3-6 month full-time internship focused on onboarding and supporting merchants on the ShopNJoy platform.

You will gather merchant details, set up profiles, coordinates promos, and work with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success.

This role provides hands-on experience with local businesses, mentorship, and a chance for a full-time opportunity after completion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with merchants through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain merchant profiles on the ShopNJoy platform.
• Gather and verify merchant information, business details, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate the setup of merchant offers, promotions, rewards, and campaign listings.
• Serve as a point of contact for merchants during onboarding and initial launch.
• Follow up with merchants to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Support merchants with basic platform enquiries and troubleshooting.
• Build positive relationships with merchant partners and maintain regular communication.
• Gather merchant feedback and work with internal teams to improve the merchant experience.
• Collaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on various projects.
