RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Finance Analyst (1 Year Contract) to join our Finance team in Singapore. The role supports the Finance Director with daily operations, reporting, data consolidation, and project work.

Responsibilities include month-end close support, dashboards, management reporting, and pricing analyses. Knowledge of SAP/ERP plus strong Excel skills are preferred; familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience; internship experience considered.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and formulas) and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support the Finance Director in day-to-day finance operations and reporting.
Consolidate data from multiple sources, update dashboards, and assist in month-end close.
Prepare management reports, analyses, and pricing/sales reporting.
Coordinate information with regional teams and maintain documentation for internal controls.
Assist in process improvement initiatives and ad hoc financial analyses.
