Job summary

Dickson Group is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive campaigns across diverse business units, coordinating with BU Heads and an external agency. We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive business unit campaigns, work closely with BU Heads, and create in-house marketing materials. You will liaise with our external marketing agency, keep projects on track, coordinate timely improvements, and monitor campaign performance and budgets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions aligned with Group and business unit objectives
• Work closely with BU Heads and operational teams to identify marketing opportunities
• Gather information, photos and videos from daily operations to create engaging content
• Produce social media posts, short-form videos and in-house marketing materials
• Maintain and update websites, social media platforms and other digital channels (with the IT team and/or other relevant vendors)
• Support new services, business launches, customer acquisition initiatives and corporate events
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors on briefs, production and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct competitor research and coordinate timely improvements
• Track marketing budgets and spending, and prepare performance reports when required
• Ensure brand consistency and content accuracy, and maintain an organised library of marketing assets

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline, with relevant marketing experience
• Hands-on skills in photography, short-form video creation and editing, and designing marketing materials using common creative tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms, website content management and digital marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn technical information into clear, engaging content
• Comfortable working with operational teams to gather information and capture content on-site
• Able to coordinate effectively with BU Heads, external agencies and vendors
• Able to analyse campaign performance, track budgets and recommend improvements
• Proactive, resourceful and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
