Direct Search Global is seeking a Marketing Executive to bolster the Marine & Offshore business, enhancing brand presence and driving market awareness. You will support sales initiatives and manage campaigns across regional and international markets.

The role requires 2–5 years of marketing experience in relevant sectors, with strong content and digital marketing capabilities. A proactive, creative mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within Marine, Offshore, Shipping, Energy or Industrial sector.
• Experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create professional marketing content.
• Experience supporting exhibitions, conferences and industry events is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Commercially minded, creative and proactive, with an interest in the Marine & Offshore industry.

Marketing Executive - Marine & Offshore

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to support the marketing and business development activities of a Marine & Offshore company. The role will be responsible for strengthening the company's brand presence, generating market awareness, supporting sales initiatives and promoting marine and offshore products and services across regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to support the company's Marine & Offshore business objectives and revenue growth.
• Manage the company's digital presence, including website, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
• Create engaging marketing content such as company updates, product announcements, case studies, brochures, presentations and newsletters.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials, customer presentations, product information and business development campaigns.
• Coordinate participation in marine and offshore exhibitions, conferences, networking events and industry seminars.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and customer activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, media partners, event organisers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, databases and lead-generation activities to support new business development.
• Track and analyse marketing performance, lead generation and campaign results, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and timely delivery of marketing activities.
