Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to plan and execute integrated campaigns across online and offline channels. You will develop content, manage social media, coordinate events, and analyze performance to strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling marketing initiatives, ensure brand consistency, and contribute to budget tracking and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop engaging marketing content for social media, websites, email, presentations and other communication platforms.
• Support content ideation, storytelling and development of creative marketing concepts.
• Manage social media channels and coordinate content calendars, campaigns and community engagement.
• Support the planning and execution of events, activations, launches and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop campaign materials and coordinate with designers, agencies, videographers and other external partners.
• Support video and visual content development, including concepts, scripts and creative briefs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry, consumer, social media and competitor trends.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, engagement and other marketing metrics.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure marketing materials and communications are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support budget tracking and administrative requirements for marketing activities.
• Perform other marketing and communications projects as assigned.
