Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a Content Management professional within Marketing Communications in Singapore to develop and deliver marketing collaterals. You will collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely activation of materials and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with experience in CRM and digital marketing platforms.

Qualifications

Job description

This role focuses on Content Management within Marketing Communications:-

• Deliver collaterals development as directed by creative briefs
• Work with marketing agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials
• Update SOP to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements as required
• Support the execution of the approved marketing plans within approved budget and timeline
• Prepare reports and analyze effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Optimise marketing messages to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirement
• Support cross-functional projects including administrative support and liaising with other business units where needed

Requirements

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Candidates with more years of prior relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field may be considered for the Senior Executive position
• Proven experience in content development (writing, editing and storytelling skills) and creative marketing
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus
• Good understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategies
• Experience in developing and executing campaigns and marketing communications plans
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in regulatory processes is a plus
• Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
