Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic International is seeking a proactive and versatile professional to support programme delivery, outreach activities, marketing communications and administrative operations within the Centre. The role involves supporting events, learning journeys, visitor engagement, business development activities, marketing communications, intern coordination and operational administration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience supporting events, outreach activities or marketing communications.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express or similar design tools.
• Good written communication and visual design skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing collaterals, presentation slides and digital content for outreach and promotional activities.
• Manage and update content on LinkedIn and other communication channels.
• Support the planning and coordination of events, workshops, exhibitions and learning journeys.
• Support outreach, visitor engagement and selected business development activities.
• Assist with CRM, intern coordination and administrative support functions.
• Handle administrative duties such as document management, data entry, procurement and record keeping.
• Support office operations and other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
