BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a versatile support role spanning Digital Marketing, Print Production, event publicity, and administration for a school-based program. The position handles website maintenance, social media, and content creation, with opportunities to supervise student helpers.

The role involves coordinating publicity, producing collaterals, updating prospectuses and brochures, and managing email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and update the school website.
• Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) and maintain a 2-week content calendar.
• Design banners and posters using Canva/Photoshop or supervise a student helper to do so.
• Editorial assistant to Constellations and export print-ready PDFs (bleed, crop marks, colour).
• Liaise with publishers and manage print distribution.
• Handle faculty publicity requests via Google Form and create publicity packages (posters, posts, emails).
• Track publicity timelines (2 weeks / 1 week / 1 day before events) and provide ad-hoc support for seminars and admissions events.
• Update Undergraduate/Postgraduate prospectuses, PGC brochures, Careers Guide; support admissions events with collaterals.
• Update website content and send scheduled email blasts (Constellations recruitment, Good News, Student Spotlight, Creative Expressions, Launch).
• Assist faculty to update or create URLs when requested.
• Manage news-sharing tracking system; process student work-study claims; recruit and manage student helpers; collate BOT reports.
