Job summary

2A Entertainment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Communications professional to support execution of the Club’s marketing, communications, digital content, member engagement and event-promotion activities.

You will coordinate timelines and deliverables, draft newsletters and member communications, and assist with copywriting, editing and proofreading. The role also involves supporting digital channels, coordinating media content, and working with events on invitations and content.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Relevant marketing/communications experience advantageous.
• Strong writing, organisation, digital/social media and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing and communications calendar and campaign execution.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and internal marketing requirements.
• Draft and coordinate newsletters, announcements and member communications.
• Support approved digital/social channels and content scheduling.
• Coordinate photography, video and content production.
• Work with Events & Partnerships on invitations and event content.
• Assist with copywriting, editing and proofreading.
• Coordinate production of menus, brochures, membership collateral and marketing assets.
• Maintain marketing records, calendars, supplier information and digital assets.
• Assist with quotations, purchase requests, invoices and marketing reports.
