Job summary

REALSTAR PREMIER GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore invites a Marcom Assistant/Executive to support, coordinate, and execute marketing and communications activities. Reporting to the Marcom Manager, the role requires proactivity, creativity and strong organizational skills to deliver results.

You will manage social media, create materials, stay updated on digital trends, and collaborate with other departments to align campaigns with business goals, including event support.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with the spectrum of marketing communications activities with an eye for design and details.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, develop, and implement marketing activations aligned with the company's branding, goals, and objectives.
• Manage the brand's social media platforms, including content curation, production, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and propose new initiatives for effective online advertising (not limited to Google, Facebook & LinkedIn).
• Conceptualize and execute designs for marketing materials, including mailers, flyers, banners, newsletters, social media posts, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and provide regular updates and reports to senior management
• Support in-house event planning and execution.
