Job summary

SCA is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager in Singapore to own brand presence and grow the business through marketing and relationship building. This hybrid role balances a content calendar with direct client and partner interactions.

You will manage quarterly marketing strategy, social media, SEO, and partnerships with insurers, doctors, clubs, and corporate partners. You’ll also conduct health consultations to convert prospects and track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Having a genuine passion for fitness, health and wellbeing.
• Experience in marketing (content, social, digital campaigns) in agency or wellness industry.
• Comfortable in a client-facing, consultative sales conversation; no hard selling, but guiding toward a decision.
• Autonomous; you need to run your own workload.
• Prior experience in boutique fitness/physiotherapy/wellness is a strong plus.

About the Role

SCA is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to own our brand presence and grow our business through both marketing and hands on relationship building. You'll run the full funnel: from building SCA's visibility in the community to personally closing new clients through health consultations. This is a hybrid role for someone equally comfortable behind a content calendar and in front of a prospective client or corporate partner.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand

• Quarterly strategy planning and ownership of the content calendar (social, email, blog), with day-to-day social media management
• Maintain the website and manage SEO performance (search rankings, organic traffic)
• Liaise with the web development agency/freelancer on site builds and updates
• Manage relationships with videographers, photographers, and other creative freelancers for shoots and events

Business Development & Outreach

• Proactively build SCA's brand externally through corporate partnerships, insurer relationships, dr relationships, sports clubs and community presence
• Represent SCA at events and in the community
• Build and maintain the doctor referral network and insurer panel relationships

Sales & Client Conversion

• Run health consultations as the conversion mechanism for prospective PT clients
• Track and report on consult-to-client conversion

What We're Looking For

• Having a genuine passion for fitness, health and wellbeing is essential. You'll be representing SCA's brand and personally speaking with prospective clients about their health goals, so real enthusiasm for the space has to come through.
• Experience in marketing (content, social, digital campaigns); agency, in-house, or fitness/wellness industry background all welcome
• Comfortable in a client-facing, consultative sales conversation; no hard selling, but confident guiding someone toward a decision
• Autonomous; you need to run your own workload
• Prior experience in a boutique fitness, physiotherapy, or wellness business is a strong plus, not a requirement

Compensation & Benefit

• Base: start at $3,500/month
• Bonus: Achievable Monthly Bonus of up to 30% of base pay.
