Job summary

SCA is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to own brand presence and drive growth through marketing and hands-on relationship building. The role covers full funnel activities, from community visibility to closing new clients via health consultations, in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate combines content calendar discipline with client-facing sales and has a background in fitness, wellness, or related industries.

Qualifications

Genuine passion for fitness, health and wellbeing.
Marketing experience across content, social and digital campaigns.
Comfortable in a client-facing, consultative sales conversation.
Autonomous and able to run your own workload.
Prior experience in boutique fitness, physiotherapy, or wellness is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own brand presence and grow the business through marketing and relationship building.
Run the full funnel: visibility in the community to closing new clients with health consultations.
Manage quarterly content calendar (social, email, blog) and day-to-day social media.
Maintain website and SEO performance; liaison with web development agencies.
Build SCA's brand externally through corporate partnerships and insurer/doctor networks.
Represent SCA at events and in the community; develop referral networks.
Run health consultations to convert prospects to clients; track consult-to-client conversion.
