Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development/Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and raise brand presence in SE Asia. You will combine strategic BD with marketing initiatives to promote electrical switchboard solutions to consultants, owners, and contractors.

The role requires 3–4 years of BD/marketing experience, a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business, or Marketing, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SE Asia.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, owners, contractors, and end-users.
• Promote electrical switchboards and control panels with focus on features and solutions.
• Track projects and market opportunities in SE Asia.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy.
• Coordinate industry events, exhibitions and networking sessions.
• Perform other related tasks as deemed by Management.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development/Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence in SE Asia. This role combines strategic business development with marketing initiatives to promote our electrical switchboard solutions to consultants, owners and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in data centre, transportation, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with consultants, owners, contractors, and end-users
• Promote electrical switchboards and control panels, highlighting technical features and solutions.
• Track upcoming projects and market opportunities in SE Asia.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions
• Perform other related tasks as deemed reasonable by the Management

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3-4 years' experience in business development and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
