Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to support planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing initiatives for a renowned shopping mall organization in Singapore. The role focuses on driving shopper traffic, brand awareness, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities include managing campaigns across online and offline channels, collaborating with tenants and agencies, and optimizing ROI while maintaining content across digital

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, retail marketing, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Creative, organized, and good at project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with AEM and SAP is a plus.
• Retail/ mall/ consumer marketing experience preferred.

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and budgets; conduct post-campaign evaluations.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, and external agencies.
• Develop and drive joint promotional campaigns with tenants.
• Manage social media platforms and integrate digital with on-ground marketing.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and feedback to improve customer experience.
• Maintain content across websites and social media.
• Identify and market advertising opportunities within the mall.
• Supervise Digital Services Advocates to ensure high engagement.
