Lendlease in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive (JEM) to support campaigns and promotions for our retail assets. The role involves coordinating communications initiatives, events, and A&P activities to boost traffic and sales while collaborating with agencies, tenants, and vendors.

You will contribute to managing day-to-day casual leasing operations, support budgeting, and provide administrative support to the marketing team, leveraging your understanding of mall KPIs and digital

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Business Studies, Sales & Marketing or Mass Communication.
• 1–2 years in retail/mall/ad agency with campaign budgeting experience.
• Strong understanding of mall marketing KPIs (sales, traffic).
• Strong writing and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of communications initiatives, events and projects to drive traffic and sales.
• Liaise with agencies, tenants, vendors and event companies to support A&P activities.
• Manage vendors, contractors, agencies and suppliers to meet requirements.
• Assist tenants and vendors on marketing and promotion enquiries.
• Plan and manage day-to-day casual leasing activities & operations.
• Manage and achieve the mall’s casual leasing budgets, aligned with objectives.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
