Job summary

Jaeger-LeCoultre in Singapore seeks a versatile professional to support regional clienteling programs, CRM campaigns, and event logistics. You will coordinate with vendors, manage POSM/VM tasks, and assist PR activities to boost brand presence in the region.

The role covers administrative support for vendor onboarding and invoice processing, contributing to seamless brand activation and regional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional clienteling strategies and CRM campaigns.
• Support for brand events, logistics, and vendor sourcing.
• Exposure to PR activities and media coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing regional clienteling strategy (i.e. gifting, client treatment).
• Create and follow up on CRM Campaigns: e-card creations, emailing, event, retail activation.
• Support with CRM x retail operations tasks.
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects.
• Support organization and implementation of all brand events: logistic arrangement, idea generations, sourcing of vendors, etc.
• Provide support on POSM annual order ordering, inventory management, logistics arrangement and reporting for the region.
• Provide support on VM related topics (i.e. POSM & lightbox rollout and report compilation).
• Support local production of gifting collaterals (vendor sourcing, negotiation and implementation).
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects.
• PR evaluation monitoring & analysis via the DMR platform, including competitors’ analysis.
• Assist with photoshoot arrangements & provide on-site support when necessary
• Assist in media post-buy report and post-event clippings report
• Support on coordination and implementation of local PR activations (Press events, gifting), including delivery arrangement
• Support on media enquiries and ensure the press list is kept up-to-date
• Management of brand asset library such as downloading imagery and videos
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects
• Admin tasks such as onboarding vendors, PO creation and invoice processing.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE (20%)
