Job summary

CLO Hausclo.group is seeking a versatile Marketing Assistant in Singapore to manage social media content for CLO Haus, CLO Suites and CLO Werks. You will craft captions, schedule posts, brainstorm ideas, and monitor performance to boost engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

You will also design collateral such as brochures and event invitations, maintain brand consistency, and assist with campaigns and event logistics. Collaboration with the team and vendors is essential.

Job description

1. Social Media Management (Primary Focus)

• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging posts, reels, and content for CLO Haus, CLO Suites, and CLO Werks across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Write captions that align with the brand voice and personality.
• Support content planning by brainstorming ideas, identifying trends, and suggesting topics relevant to the target audience.
• Monitor content performance and propose improvements for engagement and reach.

2. Design & Collateral Support

• Design marketing materials such as brochures, agent decks, and event invitations.
• Ensure all visuals maintain brand consistency across platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with the team to refine creative outputs and layouts.

3. Campaign & Event Assistance

• Support the planning and execution of campaigns, including giveaways, networking events, and collaborations.
• Assist with event coordination, including logistics, social media coverage, and post-event follow-ups.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and pitch new ideas for campaigns or engagement initiatives.

4. Administrative & Coordination Support

• Organize and maintain creative assets, including photos, renders, videos, and decks.
• Liaise with external partners, such as printing vendors, for collateral production.
• Take meeting minutes during marketing discussions and follow up on action items.
