Ideal candidates bring experience in marketing analytics, strong programming skills (SAS/SQL/R/Python) and excellent communication to present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Degree in analytics-related fields preferred.
• 1–2 years in business/marketing analytics; fresh grads may apply for Associate Analyst.
• 2–4 years for Analyst; experience with predictive models and machine learning is a plus.
• Strong programming with SAS/SQL/R/Python and data visualization skills required.

Responsibilities

• Derive insights on member behavior in response to marketing offers.
• Estimate future campaign expenses based on mechanisms and offer criteria.
• Develop post-campaign analyses to evaluate effectiveness.
• Design and automate reports, dashboards, and ETL to support teams.
• Apply analytics, modelling, and ML on patron behavior and marketing mix modeling.
• Design A/B tests to measure campaign success.
