Marina Bay Sands seeks a data analytics professional to join our team and help transform customer data into actionable insights. You will work on data sourcing, modelling, and segmentation to drive marketing effectiveness.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BI, and IT to build dashboards, predictive models, and personalized campaigns. We value strong programming, communication, and a passion for data and guests. Experience with SAS/SQL/Python and Tableau is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or other analytical fields.
• Experience in business analytics, customer analytics or marketing analytics is preferred.
• Programming with SAS, SQL, R or Python; visualization with Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop data sourcing strategies and derive new variables from raw data.
• Create segmentation to support personalized campaigns and customer insights.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to translate analytics into business actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BI and IT to implement analytics solutions.
• Apply predictive modelling and ML to customer value (CLV) and profitability.
