Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Sales Analytics professional to design and maintain dashboards and reports for the sales organization in Singapore. You will extract insights from data, support strategic planning, and ensure reporting consistency across teams.

You will partner with Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Sales to deliver data-driven recommendations, optimize reporting processes, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or related fields.
• Strong expertise with SQL, Python, SAS Enterprise Guide, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Performance Reporting: Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and targets for the sales team.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales trends, customer segmentation, and campaign effectiveness to support planning and decisions.
• Compliance Liaison: Coordinate between Sales and Compliance to ensure accurate reporting and compliant processes.
• Strategic Support: Prepare business reviews and executive presentations with data-driven recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Align with Finance, Marketing, Compliance and other teams for data accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve visibility into sales metrics.
