PERSOL is seeking a proactive Market Surveyor (Household) in Singapore to support data collection and reporting for market research projects. You will engage respondents, ensure accurate data entry, and meet project timelines, with weekend work as required.

Strong communication and customer service background are essential. The role involves field visits, daily progress updates, and adherence to SOPs to maintain data integrity and achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working days: 5 days across Monday - Sunday

Working hours: Up to 44 hours per week (Eg. 12pm-9pm)
