MacGregor in Singapore is seeking a Desktop Account Representative to drive spare parts and services sales growth across Asia. You will utilize high-velocity, data-driven outreach to convert pipeline opportunities, engage with technical decision-makers, and strengthen relationships with targeted account segments.

You will use Salesforce CRM and Data Studio insights to target high-value opportunities, follow up on quotes above €5k, and coordinate with product teams to deliver tailored spare parts

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Marine, shipping or offshore industries.
• English fluency in written and spoken forms.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate spare parts and services sales growth.
• Increase quote hit rates through high-velocity outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts across Asia.
• Leverage Salesforce/CRM data for opportunity targeting and follow-ups.
• Pitch 12-month dry-docking and upgrade solutions to customers.
