Job summary

Direct Search Global is seeking a Sales Officer to support spare parts sales for marine and offshore segments. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders and provide sales support to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Based in Singapore, the role requires a diploma or equivalent and strong communication, coordination and teamwork. Proficiency in MS Office and experience in sales coordination or spare parts sales are preferred; industry

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in sales coordination or spare parts sales is preferred.
• Experience in the Marine & Offshore industry would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for marine engine spare parts, components and related products.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up with customers to secure orders.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments to confirm product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and proactively update customers on order status.
• Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and order documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to achieve sales targets.
