Job summary

Angle Recruitment is seeking a Marine Sales Manager to lead the sales function, driving revenue growth and market expansion across the maritime sector. The role requires a commercially focused leader who can develop and execute sales strategies, manage and develop the sales team, strengthen key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will work closely with Management and internal teams to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Strong sales experience with leadership background.
• Experience in marine equipment or maritime sector preferred.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to hit revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare forecasts and market updates for management.
• Build strong relationships with key maritime customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marine sector.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts.
• Attend client meetings and industry events.
