Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing marine and offshore projects from initiation to completion. You will support schedules, resource plans, and cost tracking, liaise with clients, vendors, and regulators, and prepare project documentation and close-out reports.

A Diploma/Degree is required; travel locally and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in project management, business administration, or maritime studies.
• Familiarity with ISM/ISPS/MLC is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities under time pressure.
• Excellent communication for multinational teams.
• MS Office proficiency; PM software familiarity is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers/Director in planning, coordinating, and executing marine/offshore projects.
• Support schedules, work plans, and resource plans; monitor milestones.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, HSE, Crewing, Finance to deliver deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, reports, minutes, and close-out docs.
• Track costs and assist in cost control and reporting.
• Assist tendering and procurement (RFQs/RFPs, quotations) and vendor coordination.
• Monitor compliance with ISM/ISPS/OVMSA/MLC throughout the lifecycle.
• Organise meetings, site visits, vessel inspections; follow up on actions.
• Support risk identification and escalation to PM/Director.
• Prepare handover materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and filing systems for audits and reporting.
• Provide admin/coordination support to PM/Director; calendar and comms.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Participate in QHSSE initiatives and safety meetings.
