Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in service coordination or project support.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable support partner to the Sales Manager and Technical Service team.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to ensure project profitability and delivery.
• Coordinate logistics for local and overseas projects, including access arrangements.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Notes, Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, and POs.
• Monitor project progress and address delays to maintain customer satisfaction.
