Job summary

Responsibilities

Act as liaison with customer representatives to track vessel movement and operations.
Update and maintain the Daily Operations Schedule.
Coordinate with internal departments and partner companies to resolve issues promptly.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Assist management on various projects as needed.
Maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and service-oriented mindset.
