Job summary

GOAL SETTERZ BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Maritime IT and Satcom to lead onboarding, service delivery and customer advocacy. You will collaborate with Sales, Projects, Technical Support, Managed IT, Product and Engineering to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires 5–10 years in Customer Success or Account Management, with strong stakeholder management and knowledge of Maritime IT or related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management.
• Experience in Maritime IT, Satellite Communications, Managed IT Services or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise, fleet or large-scale customers.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and customer advocate.
• Build relationships with vessel owners, fleet managers, IT managers and superintendents.
• Coordinate onboarding after project completion.
• Monitor service utilisation, network uptime, fleet status and product adoption.
• Take ownership of escalations and coordinate with support and product teams.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and present performance analyses.
• Identify upsell opportunities and generate qualified leads for Sales.
• Prepare monthly customer reports covering health, SLAs and renewals.
