Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSQE policy implementation across shore-based and vessel operations.
• Ensure adherence to international maritime regulations and safety requirements.
• Organize audits including ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO and TMSA assessments.
• Review vessel inspections and audit outcomes to resolve non-conformities.
• Maintain HSQE management systems and regulatory records.
• Evaluate incident reports and support investigations with corrective actions.
• Monitor safety performance indicators and risk trends for management reporting.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness exercises and safety communications.
• Collaborate with vessel personnel and external stakeholders on HSQE matters.
• Contribute to a strong safety culture through continuous improvement.
