Job summary

Direct Search Global is seeking a Sales Manager for decarbonisation equipment in Singapore. You will lead business development, promote energy-efficient marine technologies, and drive revenue growth with shipowners, shipyards, and operators.

You will build a regional sales pipeline, coordinate proposals and tender submissions, and work with engineering teams to tailor solutions that reduce fuel consumption and emissions. Travel locally and across APAC as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marine/Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience in Marine & Offshore.
• Proven experience selling marine equipment, retrofit services, or energy efficiency tech.
• Knowledge of marine decarbonisation technologies and emissions reduction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities in marine, offshore, shipping and ship repair sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through visits, events, referrals, and market research.
• Coordinate proposals, tenders, and commercial presentations.
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
